COUNSELLING FORMAT
Individual therapy is a collaborative journey of self-examination, self-awareness and self-empowerment. The purpose is to identify personal values and goals, and implement appropriate strategies that facilitate their development. This work moves the individual towards an improvement in their overall well-being along with quality of life.
Couples therapy or marriage counselling assists couples, in all forms, to strengthen their relationship through issue identification, effective communication and conflict resolution. This work enhances constructive growth via the mutual understanding and respect of personal needs.
